chocolate melting
I melt my chocolate in the microwave. It saves about a century of time and a pile of annoyance! The trick is to microwave it until it's ALMOST melted and then just stir it around until it melts the rest of the way.
I live and play in Hampton, New Hampshire these days with my awesome cat (Bo,) my hopelessly dumb cat (Sparky), a ridiculously large collection of house plants (mostly ivy, which is exceedingly hard to kill) and my husband (a supersmart computer nerd--"codeslinger", he says). Life is good these days. :)
AND now we have Critter's arrival date fast approaching!
